Ovarian breathing: everything you need to know
In the practice of ovarian breathing, we learn to recycle energy through the body’s respiratory, cellular and energy systems. It allows for better vitality, emotional stability and a slowing down of aging.
How does this ovarian breathing work?
Sit in a quiet, comfortable room at the right temperature and be careful not to be disturbed. Play a soft and soothing music. You can sit, stand or lie on your right side. Start with the breast massage, to awaken the energy of your ovaries, when you feel your breasts receptive, lower the chi or energy that you have just awakened into your chest directly into your ovaries.

You can use the sound of the heart. (The Haaaaa sound exhaling through your mouth towards your ovaries.) Massage the place where your ovaries are with your fingers, imagining that they are warming up.
At the same time contract the PC muscle slightly, open and close your Yoni (Vagina) as gently as if it were the corolla of a flower.
Concentrate on your ovaries and feel the energy moving in them. You can feel heat, tension, tingling, etc. If you do not feel anything, simply focus on the ovaries and visualize the energy that accumulates there.
Effortlessly take a long breath through the nose and mentally bring energy from the ovaries to the ovarian palate (in the middle between the two ovaries). Relax and let the energy accumulate during the exhalation.
Continue to contract your PC muscle and perineum slightly so that the energy does not escape through the perineum.
Ovarian breathing: how to direct energy
Now lower the energy of the uterus through the Yoni to your perineum. The energy can go directly to the perineum where it can flow along your labia minora and labia majora to your clitoris and then back to your perineum.
Now let the energy accumulate in the perineum. Take a break and feel the energy flow freely from the ovaries to the perineum while you breathe.
Use the sacred pump to pass energy from the perineum into the sacrum and up the spine to the top of the head.
Turn the ovarian energy spiralling in your head, inward and outward to feed your brain and glands. Touch your palate with your tongue and let the energy down through the front of the body or (the anterior canal, as in the Microcosmic orbit).
Turn the spiral energy around your heart center, inward and outward. Feel it soften and open. Bring the energy to your center of the navel and rotate it there too, so that it is absorbed into your abdominal center and into your organs. Smile and quietly welcome what comes without judgment, then rest.
As with all practices, the first time it takes time to feel the energy activate and circulate. With practice, it will flow more easily. Even if you do not feel anything at the beginning, trust the process and continue.
Repeat the exercise as many times as you like, but do it at least three times or nine times, it’s even better. This practice can serve you throughout your life to activate your hormones and increase your energy.
